Freedom to Read Week . . . . . . . . . . Banned Books: February 27th - March 3rd

In conjunction with "Freedom to Read Week", the following challenged or banned books, available in the SMHS library, were promoted this week on the TV's in the Commons and on the Shelfari shelf of this blog:

“It was a dark and stormy night . . .”

Two children are transported through the fifth dimension . . .

“A lot of teenagers take drugs and run away –
